With a mixture of compound lifts, accessories, skill training and WODs, there is a lot to manage. It is difficult to manage the training and recovery. A coach can focus on managing the training plan, leaving you free to focus on giving every workout your all.

Hi I’m Alex, a new farther, with a passion for helping other fathers create time for their own fitness and health. I want dads to become better role models for their children living an active life, eating well and in control of their emotions. Passing these traits on to our next generation.
